A short, conversational assessment with a clinician to understand what's going on and whether IOP is the right level of care. Roughly 30–45 minutes, by phone or in person.

Schedule & plan
If IOP is a fit, we'll outline your weekly schedule, your clinical team, and how to start. If it's not, we'll point you toward the level of care that is.

Walk in to your first group with a clear plan. We hold steady structure so you can focus on the work.
